Exercise: Hardstyle Snatch (RKC)
Description:
I’m unsure if I’m generating enough power from the legs. Hardstyle snatch seems more unnatural for me than sports style or hybrid. Unsure if wrist flick is ok. Basically need general advice on what to work on. Working with a light weight here so that I can focus on technique.
