Exercise: Kettlebell Jerk
Description:
As I have previously got feedback on knees caving in I did some banded KB jerks to assist in activating the right muscles. Then I moved on to jerks without the resistance band. Feedback received: improvement with legs.
Self assesment: I see double dip, I pause in the second squat.
Question: I’m trying to get in the “crunch” is it still lacking? Other issues?
