Exercise: Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerk
Description:
Self-assessment:
– From time to time, I disconnect my elbows from my body before the jerk.
– I also need to focus more on pulling my lats back during the clean.
– bend elbow overhead – I’m working on scapula mobility
After training I feel pain in the upper back. Could it be because of crunching?
