Exercise: Kettlebell Dead to Racking
Description:
Not sure if i am hinging correctly.
Is Bell too far from body.
Am I squatting to get to a rack ?
Is the hand insertion not accurate or clumsy and bounces. Could be I am tired sometimes ..lol
