Exercise: Kettlebell Single-Arm Swingclean
Description:
Used to bang quite hard on these, but getting better.
still a little thumping on some.
I think this is caused by gripping too hard and forgetting to relax the grip when launching up.
interested in any feedback and tips

A side-on view is always needed for anything with a hinge or squat movement. There are a few things I can pick up, like following the weight, a bit of banging, and throwing the weight away from you. Now, make sure you understand that if you list CLEAN, the assessment is just on the things that are wrong in a clean. What I mean by that is, it will be judged as a freestyle clean, meaning it’s not hardstyle, not sportstyle, and the techniques you use can be anything that is correct.
