Exercise: Kettlebell Clean and Press
Description:
cleans still thump on occasion. feel confident pressing with the 16 and 20kg bells. can do some at 24kg but want to make sure form is ok before going into too many with heavy weights

I won’t cover the clean as that’s already done in another request. The focus will be on the press.
